I have not blogged for several months and I feel bad about the reason why, I got hooked on MYSPACE!
I am weening myself from it and my blogging attempts went totally unnoticed, I have a feeling that the myspace crowd, at least for the most part are not into reading anything that speaks about current events. Of course I am sure there are some socially and politically aware people on myspace......I just havent found any that want to read blogs!
READING..........YUCK......I LIKE THINGS YOU DON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT!
So although I have most likely lost my readers, I will continue as if I were never absent!
And good god has there been alot to make the thinking head spin.......sometimes it is too much to take in and I get so angry and disgruntled that I can't even muster up the energy to blog about it......but then on the other hand I will do what I have always done in the past, at least to an extent.....find the satire in the sadness, the folly in the foolisness, and the reality in the unreal behavior of those who claim they are worthy to run our country.
But don't be complacent because WE are the ones that keep voting these jackasses in office.....and if we don't vote, for those who do not, really have no reason to complain....you are not even taking part, and believe me politicians will take disgust over loyalty any day, if you are too disgusted to vote then the idiots that are ruining the country have absolutely NO OPISITION!

So I am going to re-commit myself to blogging, I may not be able to get to my rants every day.....but I will be here watching the nut jobs, the crazies, the poitical figures that can't help but spew out racist comments, shoot thier hunting buddies, fall victim to thier own Public Relations disasters and genrally make a really good arguement for abortion!

So to sum up this post....the first of my re-introduction posts I will leave you with a couple of images that have not changed in the last few months, years, and probably never will!

Once again the Catholics are pissed off! Once again someone has dared to use them in a plot for hollywood's movie manic fans.
This time it's Tom Hanks caught in the crossfire of angry priests, followers, and haters of all things plausable!
Here in the big buckle of the bible belt they have been protesting the movie opening all weekend at several locations around the St.Louis area.
Catholics love to ever play the martyr.
Carrying thier signage heavy with pictures of Jesus being nailed to the cross.
My mother is a catholic....albiet mostly non practicing, but she has managed to climb on a cross just about every time I talk to her over the past 10 years. Catholics, whether practicing or not have a knack of always presenting themselves as put upon...as beaten up, as held down in some way.
Fact is, even if all of this latest ferver is merely much ado about nothing, and it probably is, the catholics will play it to the hilt instead of focusing on real problems that face the church.....not the least of which is the whole priest molestation cover up thing that everyone has seemed to stop caring about.
Well everyone but the victims that is!
In my humble opinion the most troubling thing about this movie, (The Davinci Code), is Tom Hanks hair, that mullet is truley an abomination!
But I do love to watch the religious fanactics twist and turn and moan and groan and about how they are being abused or how the media is always putting them in a bad light in some way or another.
They just can't seem to get it!
The more they piss and moan and weep and wail, the more press this movie gets....you can't but this kind of publicity.......it doesn't even matter if the movie sucks or if it is based completely on bullshit.........which by the way I am not sure that it is completely based on lies or that it was all just made up by some mad man, but either way the protesters are just selling more tickets.
Kinda like with Fairenhiet 911.
So anyway, the point is I hope the movie makes record sales.......just to tick off all the nay sayers.

Yeah, all the conservatives were soooooooo happy to re-elect Bush in 2004.
They were just tooling around town in thier SUV'S, wearing thier Sadam as target practice t-shirts and signing up for bible class.....and then BOOM!
No, not Dick Cheney wielding a gun, ......but Bush wielding a pen, apen to sign contracts with big oil....or rather keep the contracts going by allowing ridiculous prices hikes in our gas prices!

And WE are the ones who are addicted to oil......that's Bush's new line, that and the "I'm The Decider!", line.



That's right, Bush, Cheney and the rest of the oil crew aren't on the side of all those poor fools who voted for him.
Now even THEY have turned against him.....even his fellow Christian, bible beaters have realized they are being dupped!
Hey even religious zelots have to drive, and NOBODY likes paying three dollars a gallon for gas.
People are pawning thier possesions.....taking out loans against thier houses....and doing without paying thier bills, just to fill thier tanks!
Okay, so the small faction of the country that makes millions of dollars a years aren't as crabby about the gouging.....but when do they ever care, they have stock in these big oil tyrants and hope to do well while all of the rest of us drown in the inflation!



Let's face it, if you are still behind this administration after all that you have been through in the past 6 years...if you are not concerned with all the lies...all the deciets...all the slaps in the face,.......well then you got the president you deserve......
A raving lunitic that would rather pray than work on global policy, social reform, rule of law and homeland security!
Hope you're happy....but it seems you're not...none of us are anymore......it just took some of you longer to come around and see through all the bull!
Guess it took paying $3 or more a gallon to wake you up and get you pissed!......Well, what ever it takes....now all you have to do is get off your butts and do something!

By the way.....I fell down laughing when Bush appointed Tony Snow his new Mouthpiece!
What a joke, finally FOX NEWS and THE WHITE HOUSE have joined forces to create evil and spread untruths......a marraige made in heaven, just like Cheney and Haliburton!
But I'll save that for another entry, it needs alot of it's own attention.
For now, sufice it to say that just when you think you can't get beaten anymore, that you can't bend over and let the foot go further up your ass, when you think you have taken all you can take,.......
REMEMBER....GAS PRICES ARE SLATED TO GO UP AT LEAST ANOTHER 20 CENTS AND STAY THIS HIGH ALL SUMMER LONG!

I guess that whole....."I don't read the newspaper...I don't pay attention to polls" thing is not working out so much lately!
It seems our ill advised President has dug himself into a large hole of denial so deep that now when the real feelings appear about his ever bumbling actions, he seems a little beaten and confused.
And what does a brush-clearing, slow-witted, wanna=be cowboy do when he is backed up against a wall.....well besides the Brokeback option,......he gets salty....he gets befuddled, he gets curt and snippy with the public.

2) Dick went off on an NRA kick and shot that geezer in the face!

4) I tried to sell our ports to terrorist supporting billionaire's...but nobody got my vision!
5) Katrina......wow, never thought they'd get that mad!
6) I'm worried I might be coming down with Bird Flu!
7) Damn that Saddam.....he bested me again!
8) That guy that sings DEO, has got to be silenced!
9) I wonder what JESUS WOULD DO?
10) I hope they don't start mentioning Osama again!

See, he has alot on his mind these days.......you people are so selfish......no one seems to understand that not only does our president have to protect us from the boys of broke back mountian.....he also has to keep us safe from oil addiction.
He has to find a way to pry the gun out of Dick Cheney's cold clamy hand..........while keeping our citizens from getting good health care.
He has to talk to Jesus while waving on homo-erotic based torture of prisoners.

You people have no idea what he goes through......he's trying his best......he can't make gas prices go down if he wants to keep the Saudis happy.......he can't worry about the environment when he's busy shaking hands with big business.

Bush finaly admits he hears voices!
Bush dubbed himself THE DECIDER in defense of Donald Rumsfeld and decisions made about the war in Iraq.
He stated that when it comes to getting advice on what to do about the war or Rusmfeld personal screw ups in it and its incresingly dismal outcome he hears the voices but only he decides what will be done!
A double whammy......first he admits that he has a mental illness then he admits that all the really big screw ups have been his decision in the end.....after all he THE DECIDER!


Rumsfelds bleak attempt at humor redirects the fire storm of questions
Oh how the mighty do fall....when the evidence finds them at fault.
Rumsfled performance today was priceless, just watching the Secretary of Defense squirm was worth sitting through him continuing to lie through his teeth in the most unapologetic way.
So todays question is......
Will Rumsfeld be another casualty of Bush's war on common sense or is Rumy simply getting his turn in front of the opinion firing squad. Rumsfeld was brisk with reporters, evaded or tried to evade questions, and in true conservative spirit didn't fail to mention that he prays.
I think Rumy and I should co-write a novel.....
It could be titled.....

There have been more staff changes in The White House then costumes changes at a drag show!
Yet the worst of the worst are still right there, hanging on dodging accountability, swerving around the truth. Bush said he's hanging on to Rumy....he's not quite finished with him yet....you couldn't write stuff better than this.
I know its slow going folk....but look, its happening...Bush's house of cards is falling down around him. He sniped at the media when faced with questions about Rumsfeld...he knows he lost too much ground to continue trying to sweet talk us and scare us into submission.
Now he just uses a chatising tone with the public...like an angry parent that just found out you skipped bible study.
I just get so giddy when lies and stupidity are exposed.
